Joop Beljon and Ellen Vos. On December 12th 2012 it was exactly ten years ago that Joop Beljon died. In his honour a celebration was held at the Gallery Beelden Bij Beljon in Oud-Beijerland. Roeland Beljon, Joop Beljon’s youngest son lectured on his father’s life and work. Afterwards, he interviewed Ellen Vos, co-creator of the Endless City. The lecture and the interview were recorded and can be viewed here. Mind you, it is in Dutch. However, the lecture contains a lot of pictures, so it might be worth-while to watch it anyway.
